Job Vacancy: Freelance Customer Service Representatives (3 positions)

Awash Bank is currently seeking 3 Freelance Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Mekele, Ethiopia. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Educational Level: High school diploma or equivalent

As a Freelance Customer Service Representative at Awash Bank, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
– Provide information about Awash Bank’s products, services, and policies to customers
– Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily
– Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Adhere to Awash Bank’s policies, procedures, and service standards at all times

Required Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software

Additional Skills:
– Knowledge of banking products and services
– Experience with banking software and systems
– Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Language Skills:
– Fluency in English and Amharic (both verbal and written)
– Knowledge of other local languages is a plus

Salary: 19,000 ETB per month (based on hours worked)
