Nyala Motors Share Company is currently seeking 5 Sales Executives to join their team in Mekele, Ethiopia. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Position: Sales Executive
Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Work Type: Full-time

As a Sales Executive at Nyala Motors Share Company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their range of vehicles to customers in the Mekele area. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, as well as the ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
– Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers
– Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers
– Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Skills:
– Knowledge of automotive industry and products preferred
– Experience with sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Language Skills:
– Fluency in English and Amharic (both verbal and written)
– Knowledge of other local languages is an advantage

Salary: 25,000 ETB per month
